My friends call me lucky, while some call me blessed. I grew up in a small town in Georgia with both sets of grandparents right down the street. We were surrounded by family and friends. It was a great way to grow up and the true meaning of southern hospitality was ingrained in me.
My father created a construction business with nothing but ambition and a box of nails. I grew up watching his business grow to the success it is today. It wasn’t rare to find me painting houses or shoveling roof shingles on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to experience the real estate business from the builder’s perspective and learn the ropes of remodeling older homes.
It’s fair to say I have found those same values in the community here. When I crossed over the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge for that first time, it gave me such a good feeling. I knew I had found my new home in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Wilmington has so much to offer and I’d love to share it with you. Catching a show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheatre with the live oaks as a back drop along the mossy lake is amazing. Enjoying a sunny day in December when you can walk the beautiful beaches is a treat. A stroll along the Cape Fear Riverwalk with its quaint little bars and gift shops is a must!
If you’re looking to sell or buy real estate in this award winning town, you’ve come to the right place. I’d be honored to help you on this journey with my knowledge and experience of living here in midtown. Maybe you too will have a home with a beautiful porch to have cook-outs and relaxing evenings under the warm southern sky. Let me help you find that home. Or maybe you already have that home and it’s time for the next chapter in your life.
